Hi I'm Dani, a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. I work with adults (18 and over) .
Life can feel overwhelming. disorienting or leave us feeling strangely out of sync. You might be navigating a transition, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply sensing that a part of you is asking for attention. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to work through it alone.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy that honours your lived experience, your complexity, and your capacity for growth. Together, we can explore what matters to you - gently, collaboratively, and at your pace.
Alongside my private practice I am an Assessor and Counsellor for Arun Counselling Centre and a Bereavement Counsellor for West Sussex Cruse.
About My Approach
My work is grounded in existential and humanistic psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on non-pathologising practice. I won't reduce you to symptoms or a diagnosis, I'm interested in your story, your meaning-making and the ways you've learned to survive in a world that hasn't always made space for you.
Clients often come to me when they're:
- Feeling overwhelmed, low or emotionally vulnerable
- Navigating identity, transitions, or questions of purpose
- Experiencing burnout or exhaustion disorder (ED), especially in high-pressure environments
- Struggling with anxiety, depression or mood swings that don't fit into neat clinical boxes
- Seeking a therapeutic relationship that feels respectful, meaningful and where you can be seen, heard and empowered.

£65 per session
Concessions:
I offer a limited number of discounted spaces to those on a low income, blue light workers or for counselling students in training. Please ask for availability.
Availability:
I offer daytime, evening and some weekend appointments.
